Day in the life of a young Tyson


5 exercises done in an Interval style workout. The exercises are; 1. push press 2. push ups 3. bent over rows 4. plank – elbow to knee 5. Alternating lunges If you find the elbow to knee plank to hard, start with the ordinary plank exercise. If you are a beginner start with a 30 sec work/30 sec rest ratio. I used a 40 sec work/20 sec rest wth 10kg dumbells to show the effect. Start with a 15 min workout if you are a complete beginner meaning you will go through the routine 3 times. Work your way upto 20mins. This is also a good workout to challenge more experienced trainers. Its a full body workout so enjoy and let me know how you get on.
